Napmajor Homestead stores personal data registered in electronic form on the servers of the web hosting service provider (Websupport Magyarország Kft. – , Victor Hugo street 18-22, Budapest H-1132 , Hungary – tarhelypark.hu) and occasionally uses a data processor. In the event of any outsourcing of data management, it shall be ensured that the service provider used provides the appropriate guarantees for data management. Napmajor Homestead takes appropriate measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or alteration.

Appeals:

If, in your opinion, the data processing did not comply with the legal requirements, you can initiate an investigation into the data protection liability of Napmajor Homestead or go to court.

In addition, by submitting a notification to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, anyone may initiate an investigation on the grounds that the exercise of rights to the processing of personal data has been infringed or is in imminent danger.
